We are able to provide this service because the 'at fault' party is obliged by law to cover reasonable costs associated with the 'not at fault' party's replacement vehicle. This ensures that you are back in the position you were immediately prior to the accident.

How it works

A 4 step process, to minimize your inconvenience and get you back on the road within 24 hours of acceptance of eligibility.

Fill out the form below and provide us details of your motor vehicle accident.

We coordinate a time and place with you and deliver a like-for-like or comparable vehicle as soon as possible.

We monitor the repair of your motor vehicle and keep you updated on the progress. Once your vehicle is ready to collect, we will organise for the swap back into your car.

We then invoice the replacement vehicle charges to the At-Fault driver's insurer, so that you are not left out of pocket.
